Terms of service

Raymon Botik is a marketplace: products are offered and shipped by member manufacturers. We review sellers and products, and hold your payment in escrow until you confirm delivery.

• Prices are in Toman; a 5% service fee and a fixed shipping fee per seller parcel are shown before payment.
• Online payment is through Zarinpal (Iranian bank cards) and is not yet available on the English site.
• Delivered orders are confirmed automatically three days after delivery unless you request a return.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (see the returns policy).
